Non-cash gifts include Real Estate, Stocks, Bonds, IRAs, Charitable Funds, & Items for church ministry use.
Endowment Gifts
An endowment fund with the North Carolina Baptist Foundation has been established. Gifts made to the FBCIT endowment fund are held in perpetuity. The earnings from the fund are available for use by the church.
Planned Gifts
Planned gifts are made through bequest in a will, a life income gift, a charitable gift annuity, or a charitable remainder trust. Planned gifts can be designated for the church’s general fund or its endowment.
