April - It's Worth the Wait
THE CONNECTION BETWEEN PATIENCE AND GOD’S CHARACTER, AS SHOWN THROUGH GOD’S BIG STORY
Waiting is a part of life. Thankfully, we don’t have to wait on our own. Through the Holy Spirit, God can help us experience the patience we need to wait well. After all, God is patient with us. God is in control and knows what’s best for us. Even though God’s people had been waiting for years for the promised Savior, at just the right time, God sent Jesus. Because we’re created in God’s image, we can reflect God’s patience in our lives. We can be patient when we remember what God has done. We can lean on God’s Holy Spirit to give us the strength we need to trust God and show patience with the difficult circumstances in our lives.
WEEK ONE: A Patience Proverb. (Proverbs 14:29)
Bottom Line: Waiting can make you wise.
WEEK TWO: Esau’s Impatience (Genesis 25:24-34)
Bottom Line: When you think you can’t wait, think twice.
WEEK THREE: Golden Calf
Bottom Line: When you have to wait, remember what’s true.
WEEK FOUR: Simeon Waits for the Messiah (Luke 2:25-35)
Bottom Line: God is with you while you wait.
We believe kids learn best in a small group environment, therefore, we have designated a specific time out of our Sunday morning schedule just for groups. These life groups give us opportunities to reinforce the main point of the day and talk about actual life application at the individual level. All classes are divided into grade levels for the best developmental engagement.
We are so excited! Part of our MidWeek Kidz will include AWANA. We have had many kids go through our AWANA program and look forward to their special AWANA awards once they pass off sections and books. But, what if your child does not want to participate in AWANA? That is fine too! We want all our kids to be part of our MidWeek Kidz program! Midweek Kidz runs from September - May. Register here.
Our Midweek Summer Nights programming runs from May - August and is for Kindergarten – 5th Grade.

Elementary 6:00pm – 8:30pm
How does it feel when you hear good news? It makes you want to dance! It makes you want to tell your friends! It makes you want to celebrate! Here is some good news – Jesus came to show His love for us! Not just some of us.. ALL of us! Join us for fun games, amazing worship, and incredible truths from the Bible. Best part is EVERYONE is invited! Time to celebrate the Good News and Start the Party!
