July – “Live it Out”

THE CONNECTION BETWEEN LIVE IT OUT AND GOD’S CHARACTER, AS SHOWN THROUGH GOD’S BIG STORY

Living and loving like Jesus sounds great in theory but maybe a little hard in practice. However, with the help of God’s Spirit, we don’t have to do it alone. When we follow Jesus, God’s Spirit transforms us, shaping us every day into who God has called us to be and how God is calling us to live. Live It Out is not just a theme, but a call to action. It encourages kids to actively live out their faith through their words and interactions with others. And the more we become like Jesus, the more we can make a true difference in this world and in the lives of those around us.

WEEK ONE: Forgive One Another (Jesus Forgives Peter) Colossians 3:13

WEEK TWO: Pray for One Another (The Church Prays for Peter) 1 Timothy 2:1

WEEK THREE: Care for One Another (The Good Samaritan) Galatians 6:2

WEEK FOUR: Teach One Another (The Great Commission) Romans 15:14

Bottom Line: WITH JESUS WE CAN HELP CHANGE THE WORLD.

MEMORY VERSE: “OUR GOD IS A GOD WHO STRENGTHENS AND ENCOURAGES YOU. MAY HE GIVE YOU THE SAME ATTITUDE TOWARD ONE ANOTHER THAT CHRIST JESUS HAD.” ROMANS 15:5, NIRV

Life Groups

Sundays | 11am

Children’s Building

We believe kids learn best in a small group environment, therefore, we have designated a specific time out of our Sunday morning schedule just for groups. These life groups give us opportunities to reinforce the main point of the day and talk about actual life application at the individual level. All classes are divided into grade levels for the best developmental engagement.

JumpStart

August 3 | 11am

Room C232

JumpStart is a class for children who are asking questions about salvation and/or baptism and their parents. It is also for children who have recently accepted Jesus, been baptized, or joined the church by letter. Please register below or contact Lara Wren for more information.
