TRIBE is for middle school students, 6th – 8th grade. We connect students to God, the church, and each other by sharing the relevant truth of the gospel. We desire to partner with parents to equip students to:
Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, The Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children.
And Jesus came and said to them, «All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
Matthew 28: 19-20
We have created a space in Life Groups for students to connect with each other and a Jesus-following adult, around the Word of God each week. We encourage students to attend worship with their family and life groups during the time their family attends life group. If the family only attends worship on Sunday mornings, then please worship together as a family and have your student join us Wednesday for MIDweek.
This year, TRIBE will do a Fall Retreat at Fort Caswell, Oak Island, NC. The speaker is Eric Hernandez, a dynamic speaker, with a heart for proclaiming the gospel and defending the faith on theological and philosophical grounds.
The cost is $180 per person, including retreat materials, lodging, and four meals. $50 deposit due by October 6 with the balance due by October 31.
Space is limited. Register today!
